Refund Policy for digital products
For customized items: If you order or purchase a customizable product please proofread your information carefully. Once we receive your approval after you proofread your item, you may be provided the downloadable printable (PDF) format. There is no font-type replacement.
Option to change the color of the font to match your colors – you must send us the RGB or HEX codes. In specific items, you may have one revision, but it will be specified for that specific item, so please read each description carefully; if you are unsure, please send us your questions. For additional revisions there is a charge that starts at $20.00/per revision.
